Its wide range of applications makes rockrose a jack of all trades in traditional monastic medicine . Its polyphenol richness is unique in Europe . The leaves of the shrub give off a bitter, aromatic scent. This comes from the rockrose resin, labdanum. It is traditionally said to have warming, purifying and grounding properties .

How to use it?

Balm for body and soul

The monks recommend 2-3 puffs up to four times daily.

8 puffs correspond to the maximum daily intake. (8 puffs = 1.5ml extract from 150mg rockrose).

Food supplement made from aqueous-alcoholic plant extract.
