How to use it?

Twice a day, as the first step in the morning and the last step in the evening, stir a teaspoon to a tablespoon into around 200 ml of water before meals and drink as quickly as possible. Then drink about the same amount of water afterwards. Alternatively, you can stir the mixture into yoghurt. Please also drink plenty of water with this, as the fiber will multiply.
