Unlike many other chilli oils, the spicy "FOC" chilli oil is based on high-quality, virgin olive oil made from pure Spanish olives . A little garlic and, above all , fiery-hot Cirereta peppers (an old traditional Catalan variety) are gently macerated in it until the delicious aromas have passed into the oil. The spiciness is present but not so strong that it would cover up all the other aromas - just right 😋🔥. You can also clearly taste a fresh note of olives . If you are looking for a spice/oil that gives your dishes the necessary Spanish flair, you have found the right product here. Enjoy!

About the origin of your product

This product comes from the in-house Mallorcan production of our local supplier, Fet a Sóller in the small town of the same name, Sóller in Spain. This great company is dedicated to the many exciting local products that the inhabitants of the largest Balearic island grow with great love.

We know many of our suppliers and producers personally. Most of them are also family businesses. This way we can ensure that you will always find special products with us .
