It all started with the idea of giving the body a fresh start ! A fasting program where you are not only provided with broths and teas and want nothing more than to finally be able to eat something solid!
The idea was born and so we put our first customers on a fasting cure in our then doctor's practice with integrated health institute , which was founded by Anette Moslehner as a nutritionist.
Our own experience with the treatment had convinced us that it would work in a healthy way, by reducing calorie intake within three weeks and feeling great at the same time. A pleasant side effect that was becoming increasingly important to customers was that they felt fit and full of energy again and that their spirits were clearly awakened.
Many years have passed since then. Through numerous training courses, Anette Moslehner has accompanied many people on their way to a healthier life in recent years.

One focus is on our excellent olive oils and olives. We only produce and offer as much as Mother Nature provides in a season. It can therefore happen that the entire harvest is sold out by spring. The quality is excellent and a pleasure that conjures up a touch of the Mediterranean in your home when you eat it.
We were there during the olive harvest ourselves ! This is the only way we can confidently recommend our products!
