How to use it?

Focusing

The monks recommend taking up to 5 drops three times a day, undiluted or in water.

15 drops correspond to the maximum daily intake.

(Olive leaf extract (23%) - 15 drops = 0.75ml).

Food supplement made from plant extract with sweetener.

Ingredients - What does your product consist of?

Water, olive leaves (Olea europaea), erythritol (naturally occurring sweetener), ascorbic acid (also known as vitamin C - antioxidant), vanilla essence (to naturally enhance the taste - the oleuropein contained in olive leaves has a very bitter aroma when taken pure).

In the Benedictine monastery Gut Aich in the Austrian Salzkammergut, the monks use the ancient herbal knowledge accumulated over centuries for the traditional cultivation and production of their valuable products.

In traditional monastic knowledge, olive leaves and their extracts are considered the "elixir of life" and a means of focusing.

Olive leaf extracts are also the target of many modern research projects, which are investigating whether a lipid-lowering (lipid = fat) and antidiabetic effect based on the main ingredient "oleuropein" can be used clinically. We consider previous studies to be very promising.
