Rosemary blossom honey is something special! If the honey crystallizes in the jar, that is proof of absolutely natural quality. Place the jar in a water bath and after a short time it will become liquid again. A tip: our beekeepers confirm that natural honey contains a high content of iron, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, etc.
