How to use it?

Der weisse Quinoa ist in den Anden seit ca. 5000 Jahren als Hauptnährstoffquelle bekannt. Er zählt zu den Pseudogetreidearten und ist äusserst bekömmlich. Durch seinen leicht nussigen Geschmack kannst du ihn zum Backen und zum Kochen verwenden. Bitte vor dem Verzehr stets für ca. 20 min köcheln. Du kannst ihn wunderbar für Salate oder als Beilage mit Kräutern und Gemüse ergänzt, zubereiten.
