Ideally, you should take your bath in the evening. Depending on the size of the bathtub, add the appropriate amount as described on the product (3 tablespoons) to the water at around 37 degrees. A brush massage every 15 minutes supports the effect of the alkaline bath. Take a break for at least 40 minutes, as this is the only way the osmotic pressure can take place, which is able to remove the excess acids from the body. Please do not shower after the bath! The best thing to do is go to bed and you will find that you will sleep wonderfully and deeply. Our tip: Enjoy one or two cups of our soothing LA VIDA VitalTea while you are bathing. Alternatively, you can also take foot or hand baths. Please adjust the amount of powder accordingly (1 tablespoon).
