How to use it?

The strenght is to be found in serenity

The monks recommend taking up to 5 drops three times a day, undiluted or in water.

15 drops correspond to the maximum daily intake (0.75ml extract from 20mg valerian, 20mg lemon balm, 10mg oat flowers, 10mg hop flowers, 10mg St. John's wort).

Food supplement made from aqueous-alcoholic plant extract.
