Meadowsweet Monastery Herb Extract

Meadowsweet Monastery Herb Extract

Meadowsweet, which smells of vanilla and bitter almonds, was already considered a sacred plant by the Druids of pre-Christian times. In traditional spiritual monastic lore, eating meadowsweet is said to have strengthening properties , but also to bring more lightness, joy of life and confidence. Meadowsweet is said to strengthen development, especially of the female personality . On the one hand, it is said to strengthen sensitivity , and on the other hand, differentiation and the ability to make sensible decisions . When soul sensations go crazy, according to monastic lore, meadowsweet is said to bring emotions back into balance . Note that there is no rational scientific evidence - there is no connection to health in the sense of food law. This information is based on old, traditional monastic knowledge.
