Fried radicchio with LA VIDA VitalMixtur Shiitake
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp LA VIDA vital mixture with shiitake
- 1 large head of radicchio
- 1 tsp olive oil to rub the pan
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 red onion
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar dark
- 1 tbsp rice malt or honey
- Salt
- Fresh pepper

Steps
Simmer the base mixture with a little water and some organic vegetable stock according to the instructions.
Leave the radicchio in large leaves and wash it well and let it drain properly. Pat it dry with kitchen paper if necessary.
Heat olive oil in a pan. Lightly fry the onions and garlic. Then add the dried lettuce leaves and fry. You may need to add a little more olive oil.
When the salad starts to turn brown, slowly pour the balsamic vinegar over it and allow to simmer gently. Stir in the honey. Season with salt and pepper.
Finally, add the mixture, as solid as possible, to the pan and mix everything well.
The bitter substances in radicchio support the function of the gall bladder and liver.
Tip
If you have already completed the three-week Gut Vitality treatment, you can grate some Parmigiano over the dish. The dish also tastes great with fennel grated into the pan instead of the salad. Then continue as described above.
