- 4 tbsp LA VIDA VitalMixture (60g)
- 250g leaf spinach (frozen or fresh)
- 10 cherry tomatoes (200g)
- 2-3 garlic cloves (preferably fresh)
- ½-1 onion
- 50g feta (real sheep’s cheese)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Herbs (e.g. oregano, thyme)
- Vegetable broth
- Pepper, salt

About this dish...
This delicious casserole is a real superfood. A high protein and fiber content with just 323 kcal ensures long-lasting satiety while at the same time being extremely enjoyable thanks to the many fresh ingredients. Little preparation effort, big effect!
preparation
Prepare the LA VIDA VitalMixture as described on the package. In the meantime, drain the spinach well in a sieve.
Heat the olive oil over medium heat, chop the onion and garlic and fry briefly.
After cooking, drain the VitalMixture briefly on a fine sieve, then add the mixture to the pan and fry briefly (be careful, it burns quickly).
Add the spinach, season with salt, pepper and vegetable stock. Finally, add the halved tomatoes, mix well, serve on plates and serve with feta slices and fresh herbs.
