In the rough but almost always sunny and warm Jordan Valley, the date growers of the cooperative that supplies us with this great product lovingly produce the delicious Medjool dates by hand. No large machines or chemical products are used here. The work is done in the way the date growers learned it from their ancestors - right up to the present day. A product that is produced with so much passion must have an outstanding taste. Close your eyes when tasting and imagine the desert-like landscape lined with beautiful date palm groves. Have fun!
