Spanish gazpacho / cold vegetable soup

Place in the fridge for a few hours before serving. You can sprinkle chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and small bread cubes on top before serving. If you like it spicier, add a dash of our "Foc" chili oil to the soup.

Tomatoes (75%), cucumber, onion, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt, garlic.

The tomatoes are 100% grown on Mallorca. Only those of the traditional and uniquely tasty variety "Ramellet de Mallorca" are used. You will taste the difference 😉

Once opened, use within 2 days and store in the refrigerator.
