Saffron is the typical spice for a Spanish paella . But the unmistakable aroma of real saffron is not only a delight for this traditional Spanish dish . In soups or with classic rice dishes, its golden-yellow color gives every dish an extravagant touch. The fine threads are very valuable and are therefore also called "red gold" . A tip: add a few threads to the pasta water for a delicious pasta dish . It can also be used to refine seafood . This saffron is hand-picked and hand-selected. It is of the highest quality.
