Rosemary monastery herbal extract

Rosemary monastery herbal extract

Rosemary was already a highly valued plant in ancient times - especially in the Mediterranean region. Dedicated to the Greek goddess Aphrodite, it was a symbol of love and beauty , which is why it is still traditionally found in many bridal bouquets today. People in past times also considered it a food to increase drive, vitality and enthusiasm. Modern research provides strong evidence of an actual connection (see below). The rosemary for this herbal extract is cultivated, harvested and processed by monks in the Benedictine monastery Gut Aich in Austria using traditional methods with the greatest care and quality .

Did you know? Nutritional information about it...

In traditional monastic knowledge, rosemary is said to be able to bring back the missing inner fire.

This centuries-old wisdom coincides - as is often the case - with the findings of modern botany, as the substances contained in rosemary are said to have a tonic effect on the circulatory and nervous systems. In addition, many radical scavengers such as phenols, rosmarinic acid and flavonoids are the reason for the strong antioxidant potential, which is expected at significantly higher doses than that of this product. Rosemary is the subject of numerous studies - a real superfood.
