This product comes from the in-house Mallorcan production of our local supplier, Fet a Sóller in the small town of the same name, Sóller in Spain. This great company is completely dedicated to the many exciting local products that the inhabitants of the largest Balearic island grow with great love. Plantations and sales of natural citrus fruits from the raw materials of Mallorca. The salt is scooped by hand and refined with orange, lemon, olives or herbs.
