- 4 tbsp LA VIDA VitalMixture (approx. 60 g)
- 1 garlic clove (approx. 5-10 g)
- 1 small onion (approx. 50 g)
- 400 g tomato sauce
- 1 tsp vegetable stock (approx. 5 g)
- 200 ml water

- Spices as desired (e.g. oregano, basil)

Put the LA VIDA VitalMixture in a pot (if you don’t like the shiitake mushrooms in the soup, you can also use 4 tablespoons of the LA VIDA VitalMuesli ).
Fill with water, add vegetable stock and let everything simmer gently.
